1:46 a.m. - Officers initiated a traffic stop in the 600 Blk of N. Main St. for suspicious narcotic activity. Subjects and vehicle were cleared and released.
4:02 a.m. - Officers received a call in the 600 Blk of N. 9th St. concerning a theft of a vehicle and a cellphone. Upon contact subject stated they did not place the call. Matter is under investigation for false reporting.
9:17 a.m. - While on patrol code enforcement officer observed a code violation at 400 W Beech St. A notice order was issued and a recheck was scheduled.
9:48 a.m. - Officer responded to the 300 block of North 4th Street for a report of a restraining order violation. The incident is being investigated.
9:55 a.m. - While on patrol in the 400 block of W Chestnut St. code enforcement officer a Rott. dog running at large. The dog was confined back into its yard at 409 W Walnut St. and a door tag left at the residence.
10:53 a.m. - Code enforcement officer responded to the 400 block of W Chestnut St in regards to a dog at large. Prior to officer arrival a neighbor advised he had confined the dog in its residence.
11:08 a.m. - Code enforcement officer responded to the 400 block of W Chestnut St in regards to a dog at large. The dog was transported to the shelter.
12:53 p.m. - Officer responded to the 900 block of South 3rd Street for a report of a harassment. The incident is under investigation.
2:59 p.m. - Officer received a call of a lost wallet in the 800 block of East Olive St. The property was listed as missing.
3:35 p.m. - Officer contacted Richard Wilson (26) of Pueblo on a traffic stop. Wilson was issued a citaiton for driving under restraint as well as other charges.
4:18 p.m. - While on patrol in the 400 block of N 7th St. code enforcement officer observed a tan Chihuahua dog running at large. The dog was returned to its owner.
6:59 p.m. - Officers responded to a report of an unwanted party in the 100 block of N Main St. Party had left prior to officer arrival.
