Melbourne car attack: 2 arrested after car hits pedestrians, no evidence of terror link 'at this time'

A car plows into pedestrians at a crowded intersection in the Australian city of Melbourne, injuring up to 15 people, police say, adding they had arrested the driver and a second man.
