Petrol station murder victim laid to rest in Malacca

MALACCA: The body of a murder victim who was killed at a petrol station in Taman Pelangi, Johor Baru on Sunday has been buried in a Chinese cemetery next to the Jelutong Funeral Parlour here at about 12noon.
The ceremony was attended by family members and friends of the victim.
They observed a two-minute silence followed by laying of wreaths at the grave.
In the incident on Sunday, a man in his 30s, was stabbed, knocked down and ran over by a car twice by four men at the petrol station.
The murder took place when the man, who was with his wife, was inflating the tyres of his car. — Bernama
