Haryana Roadways employees to protest at DG office

Thousands of Haryana Roadways employees will hold protest at Director General office of State Transport Office here on December 22.

Haryana Roadways Employees union has announced to hold the protest to press for their demands.

“There is a lot of resentment among employees as the State Government has not fulfilled our demands,” alleged union leaders.

They alleged that the government is not recruiting 2850 technical posts lying vacant for 27 years in the workshop and 52 employees who were dismissed from the job from Dadri depot workshop are not being taken back on duty even after  promised by the government.

Our other demands include regularization of 8200 employees, permanent recruitment on 7600 vacant posts, bonuses for employees by making a permanent policy of bonus, creation of a permanent transfer policy, buying of new buses in roadways, they added.
