S.W.A.T. Exclusive: Hondo's Team Loosens Up for a Chance to Meet... Beyoncé?

You know there's no crime fighting team that knows how to have more fun than Hondo's (Shemar Moore) on S.W.A.T. and they'll prove that once again this week with a good game of S.W.A.T. tag.

The crew is called in over their Christmas break to help with a cartel case, but to liven things up Hondo is bringing back a favorite game. The rules are simple: Everyone picks a card from the bucket, hoping to pull a gold card. From the start of the game until the end of the mission, every time someone with a gold card breaks a rule, like wearing non-regulation socks, they can be tagged by one of the other members of the team and have to hand over the card. The two people still holding gold cards at the end of the mission win.

CBS Wants Even More S.W.A.T.

What do they win exactly? A free trip to New York to advise the NYPD on policing the Grammys -- which means hanging out in the green room and meeting all the biggest faces, including Beyonce. Yeah, you can bet this game is going to be taken very seriously.

S.W.A.T. airs Thursday nights at 10/9c on CBS.

(Full disclosure: TV Guide is owned by CBS)
