Lady Gaga announces Las Vegas residency

Lady Gaga has recently announced that she's set to headline her very own residency in Las Vegas, hitting Instagram to share the great news.

She dolled up in a satin pink robe and glamorous waves to sign the contract and thanked executives for making her dream come true.

She also noted that she was made for Las Vegas and can't wait to light up the theatre like never before.

Having signed up for two years, she'll start her run in December of 2018.

Specific performance dates and ticket information for her shows will be announced in the next few months.

Rumours about the deal have been circulating for months, and the confirmation came just a day after the singer wrapped her latest world tour in Los Angeles.

It's been quite a year for Gaga, who kicked off the 2017 Super Bowl Halftime Show, before performing at Coachella, embarking on her Joanne World Tour and releasing a very personal documentary about her life, so this seems like a very fitting way to round out a fantastic year.
