Foreign sales dominate at CSE 
The downward trend of Colombo Stock Exchange continues…
The All Share Price Index edged down due to price losses in counters such as Nestle Lanka, Sampath Bank, and Singer Sri Lanka.
Meanwhile, S&P SL20 also closed in the red.
The ASPI dropped by 4.10 to 6,321.36 while S&P SL20 shed 10.29 to end at 3,652.35.
Turnover crossed Rs. 897 million for the day.
Crossings were witnessed in DFCC Bank, accounting for 65.8% of turnover.
Mixed interest was observed in John Keells Holdings and Sampath Bank whilst retail interest was noted in Softlogic Capital.
Furthermore, foreigners remained active closing as net sellers mainly due to foreign selling in DFCC Bank.
Total foreign sales accounted for 79.5% of turnover.
