Hawaii energy leaders to assist in rebuilding of Puerto Rico's power grid

Puerto Rico's electric utility company has appointed two Hawaii energy leaders to a newly created advisory council. The Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority last week announced that David Bissell, CEO of the Kauai Island Utility Cooperative, and Ulupono Initiative General Partner Kyle Datta will be part of the Transformation Advisory Council.
