BNP chief appears before court; Hearing on cross-examining starts

The BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia appeared before Bakshibazar makeshift court in Dhaka on Tuesday in graft case.

The hearing on cross-examining started after the Anti-Corruption Commission lawyer Mosharraf Hossain submitted it with the court of Dhaka-5 Special Judge Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman this morning.

The ACC filed Zia Orphanage Trust graft case on July 3, 2008, for embezzling money of over Tk 3 crore.
