Queen has a lookalike in Princess Charlotte who shows striking resemblance to her
QUEEN ELIZABETH has a new lookalike in the family, with Princess Charlotte bearing a strong resemblance to her great-grandmother.

Princess Charlotte, 2, showed the similarities to her great-grandmother the Queen in a photo released yesterday by Kensington Palace.
The image, taken for the Cambridge’s Christmas card, shows the family posing in blue.
The photo was taken by Chris Jackson, husband of Kate’s stylist Natasha Archer, for their Christmas card.
Kate Middleton, 35, stands behind Charlotte, while Prince William, 35, rests his hands on Prince George, 4.

And it has been noted on social media Charlotte looks very much like a young Queen Elizabeth in the picture.
Both share the same cheeky grin and chubby cheeks, with a similar eye shape too.
In a photo of Her Majesty as a toddler, she wears a pretty ruffled dress like Charlotte, and the same smart leather shoes with white pop socks.
After Kensington Palace tweeted the photo, user MissyLarue replied: “Princess Charlotte looks SO much like Queen Elizabeth.”

Nine others quickly replied to her message to agree with her.
The Christmas card photo was well received by the public, who rushed to share their joy at the image.
Pauline said: “So sweet family portrait! Children look so adorable! Wish you a Merry Christmas and gorgeous New Year!”
Lou wrote: “What a gorgeous family. William and Kate are one of my favourites.”

As well as sharing their 2017 Christmas card image, the couple took the opportunity to reveal where they will be sending Princess Charlotte to nursery next year.
Kensington Palace tweeted: “Their Royal Highnesses have also announed this morning that Princess Charlotte will attend the Willcocks Nursery School in London from January 2018".
Sharing the nursery's reaction, they continued: "The Willcocks Nursery School have said: 'We are delighted that The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen the Willcocks Nursery School for Princess Charlotte. We look forward to welcoming Charlotte to our nursery in January.'"
