DHAKA: A rickshaw puller was killed as a bus hit him in the capitals’ Shonir Akhra area Monday (December 18).
Aged around 45, the deceased couldn’t be identified yet.
Abdul Rashid, a pedestrian who witnessed the accident, told Banglanews that the rickshaw puller was injured severely as a bus hit him in Shonir Akhra main street, at around 9:00pm.
He was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where the physicians announced him dead.
DMCH Police outpost Sub-Inspector (SI) Bacchu Mia confirmed the news to Banglanews.
