Lozano to Arsenal
11:10: Arsenal are preparing a £42million move for Mexico star Hirving Lozano.
Lozano joined PSV in the summer from Mexican side Pachuca and the 22-year-old has enjoyed a prolific season for PSV Eindhoven with 10 goals in 15 games in the Eredivisie.
According to Mexican outlet Super Deportivo, Arsene Wenger is prepared to make Lozano the expensive Mexican player of all time.
The report says Arsenal will face competition from Everton, who are said to have already made an offer for Lozano’s signature.
Both clubs are keen to complete a move for Lozano as soon as possible with the deal potentially allowing the attacker to finish the year at PSV.
Barcelona plan
10.15: Barcelona are preparing a cull in order to afford transfer fees and wages for the likes of Antonie Griezmann and Philippe Coutinho.
Barca are closing in on a deal for Griezmann and still want Coutinho next summer as well.
And the club are preparing to offload a number of players to be able to afford the wages and fees needed.
Griezmann will cost a relatively cheap £86m (€98m) due to his release clause, while Coutinho could be upwards of £140m.
And despite pocketing £200m for Neymar last summer Barca still need to sell to balance the books.
Don Balon claim the first players are heading out the door next month and will free up sizeable wage cash.
Javier Mascherano is heading to Hebei China Fortune in the Chinese Super League while Arda Turan is also set to leave.
Madrid signing
08.30: Real Madrid will announce their first signing of the transfer window in the first week of January.
Los Blancos are expecting to confirm the arrival of goalkeeper Kepa from Athletic Bilbao.
Real Madrid are ready to pay his release clause and want the deal wrapped up within seven days of the window opening, according to AS.
Florentino Perez had considered paying more than Kepa’s release clause to keep the relations with Bilbao good, but has now decided just to pay the required amount.
Kepa will join as Perez looks to overhaul his goalkeeper options with Kiko Casilla expected to depart.
Kepa will then be back up and competition for Keylor Navas, who is expected to be replaced next summer.

He has spent the last two seasons on loan at Borussia Monchengladbach but has played regularly for Chelsea this year.

He is under contract until 2020 but the Evening Standard report that Chelsea plan to extend that further to tie down his future.

There is an agreement with the club that he will come in June or July. There is nothing else to say
Arsenal exclusive
06:30: Arsenal are plotting a shock £30million January move for Chelsea misfit David Luiz.
The flamboyant Brazilian defender has fallen out of favour at Stamford Bridge after a bust up with coach Antonio Conte, with their relationship still not fully healed.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is looking for reinforcements to his leaky defence in the January transfer window, and Express Sport understands that Luiz, 30, has shot to the top of the list of prospective candidates.
Luiz is also a target for Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho but a host of other clubs have been linked with the Brazilian international, including Juventus and Real Madrid.
What appeals to Wenger is that Luiz can play either as a centre back or defensive midfielder, has extensive Premier and Champions League experience and could slot straight into his team.
Chelsea joined in Wilfried Zaha chase
06:00: Manchester City are said to be eyeing a move for Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha as a contingency if a deal for Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez falls through.
It was suggested the Blues have been impressed with his form since Roy Hodgson took charge of the Eagles and Antonio Conte is exploring potential options ahead of the January window.
Meanwhile, City are looking to resurrect their interest in Sanchez, who they failed to sign in the summer.
However, according to the Daily Mirror, Pep Guardiola is ready to rival Chelsea for Zaha.
The report says that Sanchez remains his first choice, but could turn to the Palace star if a deal for the Chilean proves to be elusive.

Liverpool Naby Keita blow
05:30: Jurgen Klopp has confirmed Liverpool will have to wait for the arrival of Naby Keita.
The German midfielder, 22, agreed a switch to Anfield over the summer which will go through in July 2018.
There has since been talk that the move may be fast-tracked to January but Klopp has rubbished the suggestion any deal will go through early.
Klopp said: “There is an agreement with the club that he will come in June or July to Liverpool.
“There is nothing else to say about that. We really don't think about it because of all the things Leipzig have said.”
