“A grand temple of Lord Ram will be constructed in Ayodhya as BJP will get all its credit in the future elections,” he said in Faizabad on Sunday.  “I can say with confidence that the BJP and the Prime Minister Narendra Modi are invincible and no party or the alliance is in a position to challenge the prime minister.  In Gujarat and Himanchal Pradesh the Bharatiya Janta Party will get a landslide victory,” he said.

Amar Singh, who was in Faizabad on Sunday to attend a meeting of his Purvanchal regional party, said that Modi had made Gujarat one of the most developed states in the country and people will give overwhelming verdict in the favour of the BJP in return.

He added `` the BJP government in UP was doing excellent work and the benefit of the development schemes is reaching the intended beneficiaries   and the changes are visible in a short span of nine months of the BJP government in UP.

Amar Singh was nominated for the Rajya Sabha in June 2016 by the then Samajwadi party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav.   Following the feud in the first family of the Samajwadi Party and the elevation of Akhilesh Yadav as the national president of the party, Amar Singh was expelled from the party. He is presently the unattached member of the Rajya Sabha and this is his fourth terms in the upper house of the parliament.
