NEW DELHI: After it became clear that BJP is all set to emerge victorious in the Gujarat assembly elections, Patidar leader Hardik Patel today alleged that EVMs have been tampered with Surat, Rajkot and Ahmedabad.
"There has been tampering in EVMs in Surat, Rajkot and Ahmedabad, hence the gap is very less wherever tampering happened. EVMs are hackable", he said.

The Patidar leader accused BJP of using money and hacking the voting machines to spin the results of the election in its favour.

"My problem is that in a democracy, we are still worrying about weather my vote went to the right place, or not," he said.

He also alleged that an atmosphere has been created so that no one can question the functioning of the voting machines.

On the question of agitation for reservation, unemployment, he said that he will continue to raise his voice and is even ready to go to jail for it.
