Just when we thought country music power couple Trisha Yearwood and Garth Brooks couldn’t possibly get any cuter, we find out that 12 years into their marriage, he still calls her by the same sweet nickname.
In a recent interview with Jenna Bush Hager on Today, Yearwood revealed that Brooks’ nickname for her is “Queen.”
"I'm like, 'Garth, we've been married for 12 years; we've known each other for 26 years. You can call me 'Trisha.' Like, it's cool,'" the Grammy winner said with a grin.
"But he still does it, and now he has other people doin' it," she added. "Like, 'So what does the Queen think?'"
For a couple who has spent three years of their 12 year marriage on tour together, that sounds like a pretty good problem to have!
