Two-day ISCA, KIIT seminar

A two-day national seminar “Reaching the Unreached through Science and Technology” was jointly organized by the Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA) Bhubaneswar Chapter and the KIIT Deemed University here. It was inaugurated on Sunday at KIIT campus by Prof Dr Ashok Saxena, former general president of ISCA.

He said the seminar is a forum for scientists and researchers to share their knowledge and ideas. It is also beneficial for student researchers as they will get a chance to interact with great scientists and researchers. Presiding over the seminar, general president, ISCA and founder of KIIT and KISS Dr Achyuta Samanta said, “I work as a catalyst to promote scientific activities and propagate scientific knowledge across the country and globe as we can’t live without science.”

Among others, general secretary, scientific activities, ISCA Prof PP Mathur, Prof Vijay Laxmi Saxena and  KIIT Deemed University VC Prof Hrusikesh Mohanty  spoke.
