(MENAFN - Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Dec 18 (KUNA) -- Minister of Finance Dr. Nayef Al-Hajraf and Tajik Minister of Economic Development and Commerce Nematullo Hikmatullozoda held a meeting Monday, focusing on means to bolster cooperation.

A statement by the Ministry of Finance indicated that the ministerial meeting was held on the sidelines of the second Kuwaiti-Tajik joint committee meeting.

On the committee's meeting, the ministry said that officials on both sides focused on ways to enhance economic, financial, and business cooperation.

The committee, which held its first meeting in Tajikistan in May 2013, will continue its proceedings until next Wednesday. (end) km.gta
