Popular Charlestown bakery owner, Winston George Humphrey died yesterday after a period of illness at a city hospital. He was 69.
His daughter Roshell told Stabroek News that the father of eight was eagerly anticipating the Christmas holidays as he would usually undertake a number of charitable activities. He had already shipped in containers of toys to host the Humphrey’s Bakery Annual Christmas Party.
