Jahania in Puri district on Sunday.
Identified by police as
Prateek Mohapatra, the
deceasedhad visited the site for a school picnic, police said. Some fishermen recovered
Mohapatra and rushed him to a
nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead upon arrival. tnn
