PRINCE William won't miss the FA Cup final after all as he plots a mad dash to Wembley after watching his brother tie the knot.

ROYAL DASH: Prince William will make the Fa Cup final and Meghan and Harry's wedding

But Kensington Palace has insisted there will not be an issue for the Duke, as they’re making plans with FA to ensure that he can attend both.

In a short statement, the Palace said: “We have not gone into the timing of the wedding but made it clear that the wedding and the FA Cup final will not clash.”

This means it will give plenty of time for the Duke to make the 23-mile journey – as well as beat London traffic.

The Royal Wedding is set to take place in the morning, with the FA Cup final kicking off at 5.30pm at the London stadium.

William – an Aston Villa fan – handed the trophy over to Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger after the Gunners beat Chelsea 2-1 in the final last season.

But his brother Harry, being an Arsenal fan, could be bad news as the Gunners could reach the final – which means he could also miss the final.

The FA released a statement about the date class when it was revealed last week.

It read: “Everyone at The FA is delighted for HRH Prince Harry and Meghan Markle with the announcement of their wedding at Windsor Castle next year.

“Saturday May 19 promises to be a wonderful day such a special royal occasion being followed by English football’s showpiece event, the Emirates FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium.

“With millions coming together to watch both events at home and around the world, it will be a day to celebrate.”
