The Texans did not have many players perform well in Sunday's 45-7 loss at Jacksonville. Here are three who did.

DeAndre Hopkins, wide receiver
Working against Jalen Ramsey, one of the league's best young cornerbacks, Hopkins caught only four passes, but they were good for 80 yards, including a leaping 40-yard reception. He scored the Texans' only touchdown on a 25-yard pass from T.J. Yates. The touchdown gave him a team-record 12, breaking the record he set in 2015. He has 92 catches for 1,313 yards, a 14.3-yard average.

Shane Lechler, punter
In his 18th season, Lechler has become Mr. Reliable. He was forced to punt 11 times, tying his career high set twice in Oakland, because of the abysmal offense. He had a 47.1-yard average, including a 41.9-yard net. He put three inside the 20-yard line. But Lechler also was called for a rare penalty, 15 yards for unsportsmanlike conduct. Obviously, the official didn't like whatever Lechler complained about.

Jon Weeks, snapper
As he always does, Weeks made every snap perfect. He's so good he's taken for granted. As punter Shane Lechler, who doubles as the holder, likes to say, Weeks is a perfectionist always looking to improve. In a game in which the Texans embarrassed themselves, Weeks was one of the few bright spots because he was always on target and also hustled down the field to make tackles.
