Letter writer says money should be spent on infrastructure.

Now that former deficit hawks have shown they are willing to increase the deficit by $1.5 trillion, why not spend that amount on infrastructure? Hiring workers to build and repair roads, bridges, schools, etc., will give a bigger boost to the economy than giving tax cuts to corporations or well-off individuals.
