A male and female officer were struck by the white car in the early hours of this morning on the busy A406 North Circular Road in Brent.
The male suffered serious injuries and his current condition is not known, while the female is in a serious but stable condition.
They were returning to their police car parked near the junction with Dog Lane in Brent Park when they were hit.

A man in his 50s – the driver of the car – was arrested at the scene on suspicion of dangerous driving and failing a breath sample.
