Aden, 29 Rabi'I,1439 AH, 17 December,2017 , SPA -- The Yemeni army has made a significant progress in its battles against Al-Houthi's coup militias in Shabwa province.
A Yemeni military source said that the army had liberated the areas of Haid bin Aqeel and Hajar-Kahlan as it continues advancing towards Wadi Khar, adjacent to the province of Al-Baidah, the last strongholds of militias in Behan.
The source pointed, in a statement to the official Yemeni news agency, to the army forces' seizure of heavy and medium weapons and various ammunition left by militias before fleeing to areas in Al-Baidah.
Yemeni army engineering teams began to clear mines and explosives from the liberated areas in Behan area of Shabwa province.
