Moira (played by Natalie J. Robb) confessed her crime to Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) in emotional scenes but it looks as though someone else will be punished.

In upcoming scenes, her son Adam (Adam Thomas) is arrested for Emma’s (Gillian Kearney) murder and she is left guilt-ridden as she watches him being taken to the police station. 

Cain tries to reassure Moira that Adam will not go down for the crime and will be out of custody soon. 

But Emma’s sons Pete (Anthony Quinlan) and Ross (Michael Parr) are sure that he will be locked up. 

The pair believe that Ross caused her death by telling her to jump off the viaduct after he learned she killed their father James (Bill Ward). 

As Adam is kept in police custody and repeatedly questioned over Emma’s murder, Moira becomes anxious and decides to confess. 

But with a newborn to take care of, Cain does his best to convince her it is a bad idea and is at a loss at how to stop her. 

Will he be able to stop her from confessing in time or will Adam be locked up for his mother’s crime?

Meanwhile, viewers will see Brenda Walker (Lesley Dunlop) become suspicious of Bob Hope’s (Tony Audenshaw) behaviour when she finds a text from Laurel Thomas (Charlotte Bellamy) on his phone. 

Is there secret romp set to be exposed and if so, will Brenda be able to forgive Bob?
