JAIPUR: After error in English question paper, the Sanskrit department has made mistakes in the half-yearly examination question paper of Sanskrit Literature.

The paper on Sanskrit Literature for Class XII on Thursday and same paper of Class XI on Friday has given a rude shock to students.

The question paper on Friday instead of 25 questions of 70 marks spread into two pages had 30 questions of 108 marks spread in four pages. Students did explain the examiners but they got no respite. Officials informed that paper on Thursday had one portion/part missing which appeared in Class XI on Friday.

"Officially, the committee is still examining the matter but prime facie it is clear a part of Class XII question paper appeared in Class XI question paper. Once the matter is confirmed, both exams are likely to be cancelled and papers will be rescheduled soon," said an education department official.

The officials have stated that this nature of mistake is likely to take place during the printing. "If the mistake is from the printer, he will be penalizing for the loss of paper, if cancelled," said an official. The district education official has suspended two teachers for making mistakes in class X half yearly paper English paper.
