Metro Bank has a highly customer-driven approach to banking.  With plans to reach 100 stores by 2020, it needed a cloud infrastructure that could scale up to support this growth, and be ‘always on’ for customers.  This case study looks at the skills and infrastructure needed to deliver this project on time, on budget and without downtime.
