Claris Lifesciences today said its board has approved and recommended voluntary delisting of the equity shares of the company from the BSE.
The delisting is "subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company by way of special resolution (through postal ballot) and obtaining in-principle approval from BSE Ltd," Claris Lifesciences said in a BSE filing.
The proposed delisting is in the interest of the shareholders, it added.
Claris Lifesciences, in a BSE filing, had earlier said it had received a letter from its promoter Athanas Enterprise Pvt Ltd to consider delisting of its shares from the stock exchange.
