Karan took to Instagram to share a picture of Janhvi and Ishaan on Saturday. The filmmaker captioned the image with, "Janhvi and Ishaan in #Dhadak ...shoot progressing rapidly! Directed by @ShashankKhaitan releasing 6th July, 2018!".
The picture which captured the young couple lost in deep thoughts also reveals the character names of the actors. A close observation shows "Pari sang Madhuk" written on the foreground of the frame.
The remake is being helmed by Shashank Khaitan. The team which began shooting early this month, is aiming to release the film on coming July 6.

In the Nagraj Manjule's "Sairat" the lead pair were fondly called Archie and Parshya while their on-screen names were Archana and Prashant. So, we wonder if these will be Janvi and Ishaan's on-screen nicknames or real names.
