A Prescott Valley man was arrested after pictures of truck fenders he posted on social media were found to have been stolen, according to police.
Yavapai County sheriff's deputies on Tuesday arrested Joshua Vidrine, 38, on suspicion of burglary, theft and trafficking.
Police said they had been contacted two days earlier by a person in Dewey who was reviewing Facebook classified posts and saw a pair of 1950s truck fenders for sale that looked like a pair he had owned.
Authorities confirmed the fenders were indeed the man's and discovered Vidrine had been hired by the man's property-management company to clean up his property.
Police then obtained a search warrant and discovered the fenders along with other property stolen from the Dewey home.
In an interview with police, they said, Vidrine admitted to the theft. He was booked into the Camp Verde Detention Center on a $1,000 bond.
