Liverpool news: Real Madrid drop huge hint over Mohamed Salah transfer
ZINEDINE ZIDANE has dropped a huge hint that he could make a move for Mohamed Salah.
Salah has been in sensational form for Liverpool since his club-record £36million move to Anfield in the summer.
His arrival was met with some trepidation as to how Jurgen Klopp would slot the Egypt international into his system.
But with a Premier League-high 13 goals in just 17 matches, Salah has become an integral part of the Liverpool boss’ plans.
However, his outstanding performances have also attracted interest from some of Europe’s elite with Real Madrid touted as potential suitors.
And Zidane has suggested he would be keen on making a move for the former Roma winger.
“Salah is a great player. He showed that at Roma, now at Liverpool,” Zidane said.
“He’s still young and is improving all the time. I don’t talk much about other players, but he is a player I rate a lot.”

The reigning La Liga and Champions League winners have so far struggling in the league this season, but could pick up their first piece of silverware of the year this weekend when they face Gremio in the FIFA Club World Cup final today (5pm).
