Light and Color Paintings

A solo painting exhibition by painter, archaeologist and art historian Ali Roustaeianfard, 42, is hosted by Behnam Gallery run by the Behnam Daheshpour Charity Organization, a Tehran-based NGO that helps cancer patients.
On display are a series of impressionist works rich in light and color. Like the artist’s previous works, they are rendered in large brushstrokes, Gallery Info reported.
A portion of the exhibit’s returns will be donated to cover treatment costs of cancer patients and procure medicine.
The exhibit opened Friday and will run through December 20, at the venue located at No. 13, Marmari Alley, Masjedi Alley, Jabbarian Street, Lavasani Street. The gallery is open from 11am to 8pm.
