Aston Villa register interest in signing Liverpool midfielder next month
ASTON VILLA have registered their interest in a January swoop for Liverpool starlet Marko Grujic.

The 21-year-old midfielder is behind the likes of Jordan Henderson, Emre Can and Georginio Wijnaldum in the Anfield pecking order and has been limited to just one start for the Reds this term.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is toying with the idea of sanctioning a loan move next month.
Premier League side Brighton have also contacted the Reds about Grujic, according to the Liverpool Echo.
Turkish giants Galatasaray fancy a loan deal but Liverpool do not want him going abroad.
Grujic cost Liverpool £5.1million from Red Star Belgrade in January 2016 but a number of injuries have limited his progress.
The four-cap Serbia international’s agent Zoran Stojadinovic is demanding a loan move to an English club.
“Grujic has to go somewhere in January in a loan, in a team where he will play,” Stojadinovic said.
“It must be an English club, so as not to make a mistake like Lazar Markovic did.”

A new midfielder is not the top priority for Villa boss Steve Bruce, who has limited funds due to Financial Fair Play concerns.
Signing a striker is Bruce’s main aim and he believes landing top-class players on loan will prove tricky.
“That is where we find ourselves,” he said. “That is the sort of market we will be in. Yes, we will do our utmost.”
