Dear Candidate Immediate opening for Client Service director Events and operations for Events and Marketing Firm -Bangalore -Banswadi The ideal candidate will be someone from an event and or direct marketing background- and specifically someone who has wide exposure to IT Technology marketing Is comfortable working with large MNCs has his contacts in place and importantly can build and lead a team of Account Managers- should be operationally hands-on and fairly conversant with on-ground execution realities Client Service Director Associate General Manager Years of experience 10 yrs Excellent communication skills Age should be less than 42yrs Responsible for profitability for a specific group of accounts and represents the Agency at the community level S he is also the managing executive of the market on non-functional issues The senior account person with responsibility for direct supervision of all group account service staff as well as responsibility for one or more accounts Manages Client relationships and resolves functional conflicts through consultation with functional heads The Group Account Director is the person to whom the Account Directors Managers and Account Executives look for support guidance and counsel RESPONSIBILITIES Overall growth and development of accounts in his group Meeting profit goals on each account in his group Maintaining a high level of performance by the account teams and other agency personnel as needed Being sufficiently informed and personally involved ensuring sound planning good service and a solid client agency relationship Following agency policies and procedures Keeping management informed of the status of his groups accounts problems plans and meetings as well as involving Management personnel at key times Insures the timely development and execution of plans campaigns and projects to assure earnings growth and profit goals are achieved Provides account team leadership and convey the specific requirements for multi-functional support to the appropriate functional regional management on a timely basis Plans develops and defends budget recommendations work goals measurements and training requirements necessary to provide both quality and profitable service to Clients Assigns duties goals and supervises the account service staff for the assigned accounts Executes duties and assignments as directed in compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives Maintains awareness and controls situations which may lead to the risk of write-offs Maintains open and complete communications of Client issues with functional leaders and corporate management Provides leadership motivation and conveys the vision and values of the Agency to the assigned staff Ensures that the staff works in conformance with Agency policies and procedures and public law Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client service Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients Working with other senior managers to generate new accounts Management of staff in his her team Training and career development of staff Annual evaluations and monitoring of progress of staff under their management SKILLS AND REQUISITES Management degree with 10 years client service management experience A strong leader and excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate program recommendations and trade-offs to senior executives Strategic thinker who can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans actions and measurable metrics and then execute on those plans Decisive action-oriented and able to motivate inspire and lead cross-functional teams in different regions and business units Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships Attention to detail excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities Ability to succeed in a fast-paced innovative and rapidly evolving industry and business organization Strong selling persuasion and convincing skills Effective inter-personal and team management skills Background and experience in P L management Interested candidates may share their updated resume to suma sivaraju hr-central in ASAP Total yrs of exp CCTC ECTC Notice period Reason for change Reagrds Suma 09916319886
