Sheikh Azzam Al-Sabah also congratulated King Hamad bin Issa Al-Khalifa, the government and people of Bahrain on the 18th anniversary of the King's ascension to power.

He expressed his best wishes for Bahrain's continued success, progress, and prosperity.
