Anuradha elected premier of PWC

PATNA: Anuradha Thakur of BA II (History) was elected 'premier' at Patna Women's College student cabinet election on Saturday. She got 602 votes. Fabiola Osta was declared vice-premier. Simran Roy became general secretary, Nancy Bhavini joint secretary, Vijaya Shreya cultural secretary, Riddhi Krishna joint cultural secretary, Sneha Singh sports secretary, Aarti joint sports secretary, Manshi Pragya environment and discipline secretary, Aprajita joint environment and discipline secretary, Priyanka Shrivastava joint general secretary (science) and Shanvi Raj was elected joint general secretary (vocational).


TTS annual sports: Students of The Tribhuvan School exhibited their sporting skills at their annual sports meet 'Skylark' on its premises on Saturday. Students participated in sack race, three-legged race, lemon and spoon race, dressing-up the joker and relay race. Abhinav Anand, Prakshit, Ansh Raj, Nivedita Choudhary, Anushka, Smriti, Aditya, Abhishek, Shaurya, Aryan, Amrit and Krishna won medals in various events. School principal Mahua Das congratulated the winners.


Army Public School annual day celebrated: 'We are the World', an annual day celebration dedicated to grandparents, was organized by the Army Public School on its campus on Friday. Skit, fusion dance, folk dance and songs enthralled the audience. Acts on 'Peace in the World' and 'Ignorance of the Grandparents' created emotional atmosphere. Chairman of the school, Brigadier Manoj Natrajan was the chief guest and CBSE regional officer (Bihar and Jharkhand) Lakhan Lal Meena was the guest of honour on the occasion. Principal Dharmsheela Prasad highlighted the achievements of the school.
