Another third-party Nintendo Switch games release has been leaked this week, this time focusing on a new remaster project.

Several high profile remakes have already been linked to the Switch, although nothing official has been revealed on most of them.

Dark Souls 1 is rumoured to be in-development for the handheld, followed by another returning franchise.

According to the latest reports, Burnout Paradise is in the works for the Nintendo Switch.

Several new retail postings have apparently revealed that a remastered version of the game is coming to Xbox One, PS4 and Switch.

Added to this is reports that a classification rating in Brazil also appeared briefly, the same country where the first retail leaks were spotted.

As always, it will be worth taking these latest reports with a pinch of salt, however, there’s nothing to rule out something like this being announced for 2018.

And the added bonus of being able to play a Burnout title on the go will no doubt appeal to fans of the chaotic open-world racer.

Currently, Burnout Paradise can be played on the Xbox One, due to Microsoft’s backwards compatibility program.

It follows news that another update concerning one of Nintendo’s big E3 announcements could be arriving soon.

Nintendo Switch exclusive Metroid Prime 4 could be getting its first trailer revealed in an upcoming Nintendo Direct, according to latest rumours.

Metroid Prime 4 was first revealed back at E3 2017 in June, with only a logo for the Nintendo Switch game shown.

No pictures or gameplay footage has been shown of Samus Aran’s first adventure on the Switch, but that could all change soon.

It’s been claimed that the Japanese gaming giant are preparing to reveal a Metroid Prime 4 trailer during a Nintendo Direct in January.

Twitter user Marcus Sellars said a Metroid Prime 4 trailer with gameplay footage will be debuted at an upcoming Nintendo Direct.

The claims tally up with another rumour, with it recently reported a leaked EA e-mail said a Nintendo Direct is coming in January 2018.

Sellars also made the shock claim that Metroid Prime 4 will be developed by Bandai Namco, VG Culture HQ reported.

The first three Metroid Prime games were developed by Retro Studios.

Sellars tweeted: “Bandai Namco = Metroid Prime 4”.

He later added: “Trailer/gameplay at Nintendo direct. You will also see My Nintendo Rewards and online being outlined in detail.”

Nintendo had previously announced that in-house producer Kensuke Tanabe was heading up the development team for Metroid Prime 4.

Tanabe-san was a co-producer on the original Metroid Prime, and a producer on Metroid Prime 2 and 3.
