I’m A Celebrity 2017: Rebekah Vardy opens up about ‘bullied’ Iain Lee ‘It was horrific’
I’M A CELEBRITY… GET ME OUT OF HERE! star Rebekah Vardy opened up about allegations of “bullying” Iain Lee during an appearance on Loose Women today.
The 35-year-old blonde beauty broke down in tears after leaving the jungle when she was told that she had been accused of “bullying” the 44-year-old comedian on the ITV reality show.
“When you come out and then you suddenly are made aware of what everybody has been talking about for two weeks, how does that feel?” Loose Women star Kaye Adams, 54, asked.
“It was the most horrific experience,” Rebekah admitted. “Coming out and having my dad next to me and my eldest daughter and to be told what had been portrayed in the media and on social media.
“It was heartbreaking for me, absolutely heartbreaking,” she added.

“I struggled to deal with it for quite a while. I still struggle to deal with it now.”
Rebekah went on to explain that the accusations about the way Iain had been treated by her, Jamie Lomas, 42, and Dennis Wise, 50, during their time together as campmates were false.
“Iain and I had so many deep conversations and we’ve since spoken when we both came out and there’s no hard feelings between us,” she insisted. “I think he’s put the record straight today by saying that there was no bullying and it was completely untrue.”
