EastEnders cast Robbie Jackson (Dean Gaffen) and Donna Yates (Lisa Hammond) have been flirting with each other for weeks, but failed to make there romance official.
Becoming bored of their resistance to be a couple, Whitney Carter hatched a plan and lured the pair into the kitchen of the Queen Victoria before locking them inside.
As the pair realised that they had been trapped, fans became infuriated as Robbie stood next to a fire exit.

As Robbie banged on the main door and moaned that he couldn't work on his big presentation, he failed to realise that he could walk out using the door that was mere inches from him.
While the door may have been unable to open, the Vic has gone through a number of inspections and a takeover in recent works, meaning it was likely to have been checked before.
