Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine is in the process of selling his Holby Hills house for USD 18 million.
The 38-year-old singer had purchased the mansion barely five months ago with model wife Behati Prinsloo.
According to TMZ.com, Levine's estate agent Kurt Rappaport is handling the sale.
The "Animals" singer is believed to have made the decision as the house needed to a lot of work as the couple is expecting their second child together.
Levine had confirmed last month that he and the 28-year- old model will become parents to another girl soon.
The couple already have a 14-month-old daughter, Dusty.
