Tillerson Is Calling For Talks With Pyongyang

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is urging North Korea to pause developing nuclear weapons.

On Friday, Tillerson called on Pyongyang to hold a “sustained cessation” of weapons testing Tillerson says the move will allow the two countries to hold talks about Pyongyang’s nuclear and missile programs. North Korea must earn its way back to the table.
