Leader of Kaientai Yamaguchi San, real name Yusuke Yamaguchi, is believed to have suffered a stroke.
The 59-year-old, from Tokyo, Japan, is most famous for his role leading the group of evil Japanese men in the late 90s.
His brother, WWE Japan's announcer Shunpike Yamaguchi made the tragic announcement on Facebook.

He said: "Some of u might have heard but my brother Yusuke, aka Yamaguchi Wally or Yamaguchi San had a stroke [sic].
"This is a pic from 1am est. Don’t know how long he has. Some of his friends from school and Gong Magazine have visited him. Love you brother!!!”
Infamous WWE Japanese star Sho Funaki also tweeted his prayers to his former leader.

Kaientai were involved in lower card feuds during WWE’s most popular period.
The group, also including Taka Michinoku, would often interfere in each other’s matches.

Yamaguchi most infamous moment in the company came when involved in an angle with WWE’s resident porn star, Val Venis.
After Venis has seduced Yamaguchi’s wife, he got his henchmen to hold restrain him, while Yamaguchi attempted to cut off his penis with a samurai sword, shouting “choppy da pee pee".
