Job Description

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Project Leader to head the data production efforts of Expression Atlas and coordinate releases.

The goal of Expression Atlas is to provide information about the expression of different molecules, genes, proteins and metabolites in different tissues, developmental stages and conditions. In addition

You will be responsible for managing the Atlas data production team that deals with curation and running the data production pipelines for Expression Atlas. You will be contributing directly to the development of data production pipelines for proteomic and metabolomic data and overseeing the running and development of the meta-analysis pipelines that will support the inference of molecular expression signatures. In addition, you will be involved in the following activities:
