Chicago • Things are looking bleak for the Utah Jazz.

With Wednesday night’s 103-100 loss to the Chicago Bulls at the United Center, the Jazz are losers of four consecutive games. They are reeling and it’s difficult to find a win on the schedule in the remaining three weeks of the calendar year.

Against the Bulls, the Jazz again trailed for much of the game. They did rally for a 65-58 lead in the middle of the third quarter, but the Bulls received 29 points from Nikola Mirotic and made the big plays down the stretch where the Jazz didn’t.

Utah falls to 13-15 on the season. The Jazz received a game-high 32 points from rookie Donovan Mitchell, but it wasn’t enough. The Jazz take on the Boston Celtics on Friday night to continue the current road trip.
