Ok, so at the start itself, let me tell you I’m being a hypocrite by comparing two brides, as I usually believe that every bride is the most gorgeous woman on earth, on that one special day!
When the photos of Anushka Sharma’s bridal look were released, I was just awestruck- she looked every bit the radiant, blushing, gorgeous bride that every girl wants to be some day! Her engagement and mehendi pics are just as adorable and now I’m excited to see her reception looks.
And I remember feeling the same vibes last year when our Bong beauty Bipasha Basu got married. Bipasha was a bombshell bride and the same can be said about her mehendi & reception.
Anushka & Bipasha had the same minimalistic yet traditional look with clean colours and fresh base, and of course, Sabyasachi lehengas.
The most important common factor I noticed, though, was their huge smiles and sheer joy at getting married. Their respective husbands’ adoring glances and their own love-induced glow was probably the best part of both weddings. I guess it’s true what they say- happy brides are the prettiest!
If you had to choose/get inspired by one of these two brides yourself, which would it be? I being a Bong, would probably be a little more inclined to Bipasha’s look, but My God, I can’t geat over how lovely Anushka looks! I hope every bride on MG is just as happy & in-love duringtheir own wedding.

I totally loved both the outfits of these beauties and each one looks pretty in their own avatar
I am really loving the Virat-Anushka pictures all around but I loved Bipasha’s more since it was a series of functions happening and new outfits and snaps coming up everyday.. and I liked Bipasha’s all 3 outfits more than Anushka’s but we have got to wait for the reception pictures which is going to be star-studded for sure!

I loved Bipasha’s outfits more but I am a little more partial to Anushka and I adore Virat Kohli so I think Anushka looked prettier :)

I think Bipasha looked morte matured than Anushka…
I cannot really compare. As situations, palcers, timing were all different.
Bipasha went after tradition and Anushka opted for Theme. Both rocked it in their own ways.
