Shock WARNING: UN ambassador claims Iran could be the next NORTH KOREA amid WW3 fears
IRAN could become the “next North Korea” if no one does something to stop it, US ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley said.
Iran is sowing “conflict and extremism”, the US ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley said.
Speaking at a press conference at the Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington DC, Ms Haley presented the remnants of a ballistic missile fired by Houthi militants from Yemen into Saudi Arabia that came close to hitting Riyadh's airport last month.
She said the missile "might as well have had 'Made in Iran' stickers" on it, adding that Iran was violating UN resolutions.
The American said: “All of these weapons include parts made in Iran, some by Iran’s government defence industry.

“All are proof that Iran has defied the international community and not just one time.
“This evidence demonstrates a pattern of behaviour in which Iran sows conflict and extremism in direct violation of UN Security Council resolutions.”
Iran denies arming the Houthi movement, which has fought a Saudi-led coalition backing Yemen's government since 2015.
In recent months, Houthi rebels claimed they have fired missiles at tourist destinations in the Middle East.
Ms Haley said: ”It's hard to find a conflict or a terrorist group in the Middle East that does not have Iran's fingerprints all over it.”
The ambassador added that the situation will “lead us to the next North Korea”, if the world does not do anything to stop Iran.
She said: “We must speak with one voice to expose the regime for what it is a threat to the piece and security of the entire world.”
Iran's mission to the UN said the evidence was "fabricated" to serve a US agenda.

Saudi Arabia and its allies view the Houthi rebels as an Iranian proxy on its doorstep.
The rivalry between the two regional powers has amplified the conflict which, along with tensions between North Korea and the United States, has sparked World War 3 fears.
