Teacher, 23, ‘who romped with 2 pupils in car park’ enters insanity plea

A TEACHER who allegedly had sex with two pupils in a car park and sent one nude Snapchat photos is seeking an insanity plea.

Madeline Marx, 23, entered the defence in court on Wednesday following claims she had sexual relationships with two teens while she was employed as a substitute teacher.

The Kettering Fairmont High School educator, who sobbed ahead of the hearing, was arrested in November for having sex with two year 11 pupils.

Marx admitted she sex with two boys, aged 17 and 16, in an Ohio car park in July and September, respectively.

She also confessed to performing oral sex on the 17-year-old and sending nude photos of herself to one of the boys on Snapchat and Instagram.

    Kettering cops interviewed both children following the alleged illicit encounters before Marx was thrown out of school by the headteacher.

    Marx’s lawyer Keith Fricker said he would enter motions to determine her mental competency and fitness.

    If convicted, the former teacher could be caged for three years.

      Officers began investigating Nicole Marie-Faires Andrews’ alleged tryst in October while she worked as a youth administrator.

      It was the latest in a worrying trend of female teachers being apprehended over student-teacher relationships.

      Dozens of women have been charged this year alone with offences related to having sex with teenage boys.
