Riyadh, Rabi'I 26, 1439, December 14, 2017, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has issued a royal order to adopt electronic means including text messages sent by a mobile phone, e-mail or a registered account in any of government's automated systems in judiciary notification.
Minister of Justice and the President of the Supreme Council of Magistracy Sheikh Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Sama'ani appreciated the royal decree, noting that the order aims to speed up the completion of cases and achieve the legal guarantees of the parties to cases and will have a positive effect on judiciary rulings.
