Provincial police are not expecting any charges in connection with a fatal collision involving a Tecumseh man and tractor trailer.
The OPP have identified David O'Conner, 39, as the pedestrian who was hit by the truck along County Road 46 on Dec. 12 around 9 p.m.
The road was closed between Sexton Side Road and County Road 17 for about seven hours while police investigated.
