Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai appeared in a video Wednesday promoting his net neutrality repeal, dancing alongside a woman known for pushing the infamous "Pizzagate" conspiracy theory.

The video, titled "Ajit Pai Wants The Internet To Know You Can Still Harlem Shake After Net Neutrality," which was produced by the Daily Caller, shows Pai dancing next to Martina Markota, a Pizzagate proponent and producer at the conservative publication.

The Pizzagate conspiracy, which cycled during the 2016 presidential election, alleged top Democrats were participating in a pedophile ring run out of a Washington, D.C. pizzeria. The theory prompted a man to enter the pizzeria in December 2016 and fire multiple rounds from an AR-15 rifle. The man claimed he was attempting to find and rescue children from the sex ring.

Gizmodo reported Markota heavily promoted the baseless conspiracy theory.

On Markota's website, one of her demo reels includes a YouTube video where she discusses the theory, which she says involves the Clinton political dynasty, John Podesta, email scandals, cocaine, “government pedo programs,” and “cheese pizza,” which she claims is a code word for child pornography.

The FCC will vote Thursday on a plan to repeal net neutrality protections.

Pai has long been a proponent of the heavily criticized plan to repeal protections, which he claims impede on growth in the telecom industry.
